Rachael is an actor whose career spans feature films, network television, and major streaming platforms. In 2025, she filmed the independent feature Foreign Tongue, guest starred on the highly anticipated series Anna Pigeon, and began production as key cast on the Netflix holiday rom-com/action film Guarding Stars, based on Katherine Center’s New York Times bestseller The Bodyguard. Both Anna Pigeon and Guarding Stars are scheduled to air in 2026.

She is widely recognized for her recurring role as Commander Nhan on Star Trek: Discovery, appearing across multiple seasons and returning for the series’ final season, where the once-nameless redshirt evolved into Discovery’s formidable Security Chief and ultimately ends up in the Federation. Rachael also recurred on Chucky as correctional officer Erica Dorsett opposite Jennifer Tilly’s iconic Tiffany, and delivered a standout guest appearance on Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent in one of the series’ top-rated episodes.

Her television work includes recurring and regular roles such as Warden Rennika on Killjoys, Lucy Oliviera, a terminal patient and love interest of series lead Des, in the final season of Mary Kills People, and Marlo Cruz, a police officer living with bipolar disorder, across multiple seasons of Rookie Blue, returning again in season six. She joined Nurses in its second season as new hospital management tasked with correcting a scandal-ridden institution.

Additional notable appearances include a guest-starring role on Hudson & Rex, as well as recurring guest roles on Wynonna Earp across two seasons, where she portrayed both the Blacksmith and her sinister twin Gretta, Dark Matter, Heroes Reborn, Republic of Doyle, The Listener, and King. She also completed a ten-episode arc in season two of The Art of More, appearing alongside Dennis Quaid, Cary Elwes, Kate Bosworth, and Christian Cook. Her feature film work includes Special Correspondents opposite Ricky Gervais and Eric Bana, and Tru Love.

Known for grounding heightened material with authority and emotional precision, Rachael continues to take on complex roles across genres.
